A "WIPO Summer School" will be held in Almaty on 18-29 September 2023 in cooperation with WIPO, the National Institute of Intellectual Property (KAZPATENT) and the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan

S&O IP will participate as speakers and share their experience in intellectual property field.
The Summer School programme consists of lectures, case studies, case games and group discussions on selected topics in the field of IP with special emphasis on the links between IP and other disciplines.
The target audience of the summer school is young IP professionals and students wishing to gain new knowledge on various IP-related issues such as IP valuation, branding, asset management, creative sector, technology transfer and licensing. The summer school programme includes a series of interactive lectures, practical tasks, simulation exercises and group projects.
At the end of the summer school, the students will receive a certificate from WIPO and the National Institute of Intellectual Property (IP) under the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
