On 24 November 2023, Sergey Krakhmal, a representative of S&O's Russian office, took part in a meeting organized by the Russian-Chinese Chamber in Moscow on the development of trade, economic and investment cooperation between Russia and China. The meeting was attended by business representatives from Russia and China. Sergey Krakhmal made a presentation highlighting the main areas of S&O's activities and the company's territories of operation.

In addition, on 24 November 2023, the Fifth IP Russia Awards (IPRA) 2023 took place at the Hilton Moscow Leningradskaya Hotel, bringing together industry leaders. Sergey Krakhmal also took part in the awards ceremony. The award was a colorful event demonstrating the achievements and successes of the participants in the field of intellectual property law. The award ceremony began with a welcoming speech by Andrey Solonovich, Deputy Head of the Federal Service for Intellectual Property (ROSPATENT). In his welcoming speech Andrey Solonovich expressed his support to the participants of the event, wished them fruitful work and noted the importance of such an event. The works were evaluated by 14 jury members, in total more than 50 complex projects were evaluated, not counting student projects.
