The Federal Service for Intellectual Property (ROSPATENT) has introduced a new, free trademark search service, accessible at https://lnkd.in/eHRKwQk4, operating around the clock. This service allows users to find information on trademarks, service marks, well-known trademarks, and international trademarks protected in Russia under the Madrid Agreement. Unlike previous methods that often required payment, this service offers searches based on spelling, phonetics, and semantics, with the added capability of AI-driven image searches. Users can refine their searches using criteria such as classes of goods, right-holder names, and registration dates. Additionally, detailed information on similar trademarks is available, including links to the open register containing the entire history of changes for each designation.
