October 17, 2023, A.A. Kornilova, Russian and Eurasian Patent Attorney, Lawyer, Head of Department (S&O, St. Petersburg) took part in the lll Annual Patent Congress of the Russian National Group AIPPI in the Russian Federation.

The Patent Congress brought together representatives of the IP community of Russia and CIS countries: lawyers of consulting companies, representatives of state authorities (including EAPO and ROSPATENT), in-house lawyers, patent attorneys and business owners. More than 250 participants attended the Congress in person. During the work they discussed a wide range of issues on the most pressing topics: current trends in the development of industrial property law in Russia and abroad, development of the Eurasian patent system and technological sovereignty of Russia, trends in judicial practice in disputes on patent validity and infringement of exclusive rights, and others.
