S&O KAZAKHSTAN: On April 11, 2024, S&O IP organized a Customs training session on identifying counterfeit goods in Kostanay city, Kazakhstan. Officials from the local Customs department participated in the session, underscoring the significance of controlling counterfeit product flows. The session aimed to provide officials with practical skills to recognize and prevent the import and export of infringing goods for international brands.

Led by ANGELINA TARASOVA, Director of the Kazakhstan Office, during the session, officials explored the brands, learning how to distinguish their genuine products from counterfeit copies based on distinctive features.

Customs officials expressed gratitude to S&O IP for organizing the training, which provided them with valuable insights and effective methods for detecting counterfeit products.
