In May 2025, S&O IP China, in collaboration with the Yangchun Municipal Public Security Bureau (PSB), successfully conducted five criminal raids across Guangdong Province.

These coordinated enforcement actions resulted in the seizure of a total of 93,381 counterfeit luxury clothes and accessories infringing on our client’s trademarks. This significant operation highlights the persistent challenge of counterfeit luxury goods in China and reinforces the importance of IP protection and law enforcement cooperation.
