Effective February 23, 2024, the Minister of Justice of Kazakhstan has issued an Order amending the Rules governing trademark applications. Notably, an expedited examination procedure for trademarks will be introduced.

On September 2-3, 2024, S&O IP organized two successful training sessions in Dushanbe, Tajikistan. Participants received in-depth training on accurately identifying counterfeit goods and differentiating them from genuine products, with a special focus on trademark infringement.

On November 12, 2024, S&O IP Vietnam participated in the “Digital Transformation in the Fight Against Counterfeit Goods and Intellectual Property Infringement” seminar at Ho Chi Minh City.

On November 13-14, 2024, S&O IP Vietnam conducted two intellectual property rights (IPR) training sessions in Thua Thien Hue Province, collaborating with key enforcement authorities to strengthen IP protection in the region.
