On February 22, 2024, the S&O IP THAILAND team participated in the Department of Intellectual Property’s recent Anti-Counterfeit campaign. This collaborative effort involved various entities such as the Department of Intellectual Property, Internal Security Operations Command, the Economic Crime Suppression Division, the Thai Customs Department, the Department of Special Investigations, executives from MBK Center, private stakeholders, and IP representatives.
This joint endeavor fosters trust among entrepreneurs whose products are distributed and marketed in Thailand, ensuring safeguarding against intellectual property rights violations in both physical marketplaces and online.
