On September 13, 2024, S&O IP organized a successful training session with Harbin Customs. Approximately 35 frontline officials from Harbin Customs and its 20 subordinate branches participated in the on-site training. Harbin, an important hub in Northeast China, connects Asia and Europe.

The training focused on helping customs officials identify counterfeit goods by introducing key product features, brand information, and past customs seizures. Through hands-on experience with genuine and counterfeit samples, participants learned to distinguish authentic products.

During the session, there was active interaction between the officials and our team, with valuable discussions on the rising trend of counterfeit goods in cross-border e-commerce trades. The customs officials expressed their gratitude for the training and emphasized the importance of continued collaboration with brands.
