On March 20, 2025, the National Intellectual Property Center of Georgia (Sakpatenti) and the National Statistics Office of Georgia (Geostat) signed a Memorandum of Cooperation to enhance their collaboration and information exchange. The signing ceremony, held at Sakpatenti's headquarters, was attended by Soso Giorgadze, Chairman of Sakpatenti, and Gogita Todradze, Executive Director of Geostat, who formalized the agreement.

As part of the agreement, both institutions will organize joint working meetings, expert consultations, and participate in conferences and seminars aimed at advancing expertise in their respective fields.
