ASSEMBLY OF EURASIAN PATENT ATTORNEYS: A REPRESENTATIVE OFFICE OPENS IN BELARUS

On April 9, 2024, a representative office of the Regional Public Organization "Assembly of Eurasian Patent Attorneys" was established in the Republic of Belarus. This milestone marks a significant step towards attaining international organization status and advancing integration efforts.

To date, the Assembly of Eurasian Patent Attorneys comprises representatives from nearly all member states of the Eurasian Patent Agreement, including Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Armenia, Tajikistan, and Azerbaijan.

Notably, on April 26, 2023, the Regional Public Organization known as the "Assembly of Eurasian Patent Attorneys" (AEPA) was established at the EAPO headquarters. This initiative aimed to advance the institution of Eurasian patent attorneys.
