The Patent Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan (“National Institute of Intellectual Property” of the Kazakh Republic’s Ministry of Justice) has introduced changes in the prices for the services rendered by the Office effective from July 10 this year. These changes affect the most popular services provided by the Patent Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

For example, the official fees for filing an application and carrying out a preliminary, comprehensive examination for the registration of a trademark and service mark for up to 3 classes of the International Classification of Goods and Services (ICGS) increased by 35% and amounts to around 200 Euro.

However, we are pleased to inform you that the prices for intellectual property protection services provided by Schmitt & Orlov Intellectual Property in the Republic of Kazakhstan remain the same.
