On August 18, 2025, S&O IP conducted an online training session at the Training Center of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of Kazakhstan in Astana. The training, carried out to support a client’s enforcement program, focused on “Practical Experience in Detecting and Identifying Counterfeit Products” and was led by S&O IP Senior IP Lawyer Nurkeldi TEMIRKHAN.

The training was attended by 98 specialists from regional departments of the State Revenue Committee, including representatives from Almaty, Shymkent, and other regions.

Participants actively engaged throughout the session, highlighting the value of practical enforcement tools against counterfeit trade. Building on this success, they expressed interest in including demonstrations of newly emerging counterfeit product types in upcoming sessions to further enhance their expertise.
