On November 21, 2025, S&O China conducted an offline intellectual property training session for 16 frontline officers from the Changsha Post Office Customs. The session focused on the brand’s customs-registered trademarks, key product identification points, and seizure-relevant production and transport information. Officers also reviewed genuine and counterfeit samples and participated in a short Q&A.
After the training, we had an exchange with Mr. Yang from Changsha Post Office Customs on the protection of intellectual property rights in the customs area. Mr. Yang stated that in recent years, customs have focused on cracking down on inbound and outbound infringement and illegal activities, such as "breaking up into parts" and "ant-moving" in delivery channels. The number of seized cases within the customs area has shown an increasing trend.
Customs representatives noted that hands-on comparison is valuable for daily inspections and confirmed their intention to maintain ongoing cooperation with rights holders.
