Chayakorn Kosol (Kong) was born and raised in Bangkok. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Thammasat University in 2015. He began his career in the Intellectual Property field immediately after graduating, initially focusing on Trademark prosecution. His responsibilities included guiding clients through the entire procedure of filing new trademark applications in Thailand, from providing preliminary advice before filing to responding to Office Actions and seeing the process through to receiving the Certificate of Registration.

Throughout his career, he has primarily worked on trademark applications, particularly those for overseas applications in countries other than Thailand. Upon joining S&O IP Kong, he transitioned to the enforcement field, taking his expertise to the next level in Intellectual Property law. Working closely with colleagues in Thailand, he has developed a comprehensive background of knowledge and experience.
