Hau Nguyen is Southeast Asia Vice Director for S&O IP,  and Country Manager for S&O IP in Vietnam. She has more than 15 years’ experience in IP in Vietnam. She is a qualified LLM; a registered Vietnamese IP agent, and an IP attorney and Lawyer. Hau earlier worked at a respected UK firm.

Hau is the official external IP expert at the European IPR Helpdesk; IP Arbitrator at the Vietnam Trader Arbitration Centre; a visiting professor at the Federal University, Toulouse Midi-Pyrénéés. She is seasoned in contentious and non-contentious matters, concentrating on providing expert advice on both prosecution and enforcement of IP rights in Vietnam and in Southeast Asia. She advises on portfolio management, general IP strategies, and is respected for her commercial perspective, and ability to structure creative and successful solutions. Hau regularly receives accolades from international clients for providing strategic, practical advice on trademark prosecution, enforcement, and contentious matters.
