Decision of the Council of the Eurasian Economic Commission of July 18, 2023, No. 107 "On Amendments to the Procedure for Filling in the Goods Declaration" (the document has not entered into force).

Goods containing intellectual property objects included in the national and/or unified customs register of intellectual property objects are declared in all EAEU countries separately from goods not containing intellectual property objects included in these registers.

When filling in the declaration, the registration number of the intellectual property object (if any) shall also be indicated. The procedure for indicating more than one registration number has been established. In the "Product code" column, the code according to the classifier of information on intellectual property objects is indicated.

The decision will enter into force 30 calendar days after publication, but no earlier than October 1, 2023.
