S&O IP Vietnam Delivers Lecture on IP Challenges in Vietnam to First-Year Students

On March 28, 2025, Hai DINH, Senior IP Associate at S&O IP Vietnam, delivered a lecture to students at Ho Chi Minh Open University.

The session was targeted at first-year students and was attended by about 50 participants. During this session, Hai DINH shared his experiences and insights on IP and the challenges of IP in Vietnam.

According to information released by the Shanghai Pudong Procuratorate on January 9, 2024, three defendants were sentenced to up to 4.5 years in prison with a 5.5 million RMB fine for selling 830,000 pieces of counterfeit Disney clothing with a sales value of more than 17 million RMB.
