On August 30, 2024, S&O Vietnam successfully conducted a training session on intellectual property enforcement, led by Hai DINH, Senior IP Associate. The session was held in Kien Giang Province, a southern province bordering Thailand, and welcomed over 60 officials from the Police, Customs, and Market Surveillance Departments.

The training was designed to enhance the skills of enforcement authorities in identifying and addressing intellectual property infringements, with a focus on counterfeit goods. The session covered key aspects of intellectual property protection, including techniques for recognizing counterfeit products and the legal measures required to combat infringement.

Participants from various enforcement agencies found the training highly important, improving their ability to manage IP issues in their respective fields. The session also fostered greater collaboration among authorities to strengthen the region's IP enforcement framework.

The officials expressed their appreciation to S&O Vietnam and emphasized the importance of continued education and training to stay updated on the latest brand protection strategies.
