S&O IP Participates in IP Protection Meeting in Thailand

On February 13, 2025, S&O IP participated in an MOU meeting focused on cooperation in intellectual property (IP) protection, held at the Supalai Grand Tower. The meeting brought together key stakeholders, including the Director General of the Department of Intellectual Property in Thailand (DIP), representatives from online sales platforms, and trademark rights representatives in Thailand.

Key topics of discussion included the timeframe for removing counterfeit products from online platforms, handling repeated infringements by the same violators, and gaining access to data about infringers. The MOU represents a positive move toward improving IP enforcement and fostering stronger cooperation among key players in the industry.
