S&O IP China and Nanjing Lukou Airport Customs Strengthen IP Protection Collaboration

On November 25, 2024, the S&O IP China team conducted a training session with Nanjing Lukou Airport Customs, engaging 22 frontline officials from different divisions. This initiative aimed to enhance customs enforcement capabilities and deepen collaboration on IP protection.

The S&O IP China team gave customs officials essential insights into brand features, effective anti-counterfeiting strategies, and hands-on practice distinguishing between authentic and counterfeit products. This practical exposure to genuine and fake samples greatly improved their ability to identify counterfeits.

The session highlighted the critical role of customs in protecting intellectual property rights and fostering cooperation to combat counterfeiting and infringement effectively.

Nanjing Lukou Customs noted that the training provided valuable insights and practical skills for their IP protection efforts. They reaffirmed their commitment to cracking down on import and export infringements and supporting businesses in safeguarding their property rights.
