On March 20th, 2025, S&O IP Cambodia successfully conducted a training program with 32 frontline enforcement officials, including participants from the Anti-Economic Crimes Police Department under the Ministry of Interior, representing Phnom Penh, Kandal Province, and Kampong Chhnang Province.

The Anti-Economic Crimes Police is one of Cambodia’s key enforcement authorities. Operating under the Ministry of Interior, the department is dedicated to supporting national economic policies by investigating, preventing, and combating all forms of economic crimes across the country. This specialized unit also focuses on the protection of intellectual property (IP) rights.

The training emphasized the importance of continued collaboration with authorities to strengthen brand protection, particularly for international brands operating in Cambodia.
