S&O CHINA recently identified five online stores on the Chinese digital platform Pinduoduo selling counterfeit goods, which infringed upon our client's rights. After conducting thorough investigations into these stores, we collaborated with the Huidong Public Security Bureau (PSB) to execute a successful criminal raid. This operation led to the confiscation of over 1,500 counterfeit sports apparel items bearing our client's trademarks, with an estimated market value of over 415,000 EUR in damages.
