S&O CHINA recently identified a case involving counterfeit goods in Yiwu City that infringed our client's IP rights. Following extensive investigations, our team identified the warehouse's location. Subsequently, in collaboration with the Yiwu Municipal Administration for Market Regulation (AMR), S&O CHINA conducted a successful raid action. Over 1,500 counterfeit perfume goods bearing our client's trademarks were seized during the operation, with an estimated market value of over 450,000 EURO. The case will be transferred to the local Public Security Bureau for further verification.
