A MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING (MOU) HAS BEEN SIGNED AS PART OF THIS INITIATIVE BETWEEN THE DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE OF KOSTANAY CITY AND S&O KAZAKHSTAN

The Ministry of Justice of Kazakhstan is leading an important national anti-counterfeiting initiative scheduled from April 1 to April 23, 2024. This initiative aims to raise public awareness about intellectual property rights and strengthen the societal stance against counterfeit goods.

A memorandum of understanding (MOU) has been signed as part of this initiative between the Department of Justice of Kostanay City and S&O KAZAKHSTAN. This MOU signifies a formal agreement to collaborate closely in the fight against counterfeiting activities. It underscores our shared commitment to protecting consumers and businesses from the negative effects of counterfeit products.

We believe this partnership will deliver significant results in safeguarding intellectual property rights and fostering a more secure business environment in the country.
