On November 12, 2024, S&O IP Vietnam participated in the “Digital Transformation in the Fight Against Counterfeit Goods and Intellectual Property Infringement” seminar at Ho Chi Minh City. The event organized by the Intellectual Property Office of Vietnam, brought together senior officials from the Intellectual Property Office, the Directorate of Market Surveillance, provincial Market Surveillance Departments, as well as representatives from various government agencies and the business sector.

The seminar offered a platform to network and discuss the use of digital technologies to strengthen IP enforcement. Topics included how digital tools and platforms can enhance market surveillance, streamline IP enforcement, and detect counterfeit goods more efficiently. The event emphasized the need for collaborative efforts between government agencies, businesses, and IP professionals to build a more resilient IP protection system in the digital era.
