Copyright in the Internet: Problems and Prospects

On October 5-6, 2023, the V International Conference on Copyright and Related Rights, held by the Amanat Copyright Society, was held in Almaty.
Patent Attorney of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Eurasian Patent Attorney Imansayeva Aizhan represented S&O IP and spoke on the topic "Problems and prospects of copyright objects on the Internet". In her presentation, the speaker highlighted possible copyright violations on the Internet and ways to protect them in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
It is important to note that violations of exclusive rights can occur not only with copyright objects, but also there is a large number of violations in the means of individualization.
In this case, specialists, lawyers, patent attorneys of the international company S&O IP will help to properly prepare documents, submit to the authorized body and obtain rights not only in Kazakhstan, but also in other countries for:
∙ means of individualization — trademarks and service marks, appellations of origin of goods
∙ technical solutions — in the form of inventions, utility models or industrial designs
