CNIPA ANNOUNCED ITS DECISION TO REVISE PATENT CERTIFICATES

The Public Notice on the Amendment of the Patent Certificate was announced on May 16, 2024, and will take effect on June 1, 2024.
According to the CNIPA, “the new version of the patent certificate complies with the A4 vertical format, and the layout of recorded matters has been optimized and adjusted". The new version of the patent certificate will list both the applicant and inventor at the time of filing and the patentee and inventor at the time of grant.
