2. Continuously strengthen the party building and the construction of a clean and honest government. Promote a new round of amendments to Trademark Law and its Implementing Regulations, improve the legislative work on geographical indications, and push forward the revision of the "Regulations and Administration of Collective Trademarks and Certification Marks".
5. Actively promote the transformation and application of intellectual property rights, and implement in-depth the special plan for patent transformation. Continue to improve the reform of empowerment of scientific and technological achievements. Promote the smooth implementation of the patent open licensing system. Initiate the pilot implementation of the patent declaration system for funded scientific research projects.
