The S&O Vietnam team recently conducted a training session on anti-counterfeiting issues with key officials from the Police Department, Customs, and Market Surveillance Department of Binh Duong province. This province, neighbouring Ho Chi Minh City, is a crucial hub for manufacturing and warehousing.

Led by Dinh Hai, S&O Vietnam Senior Associate, officials explored practical insights in combating online and offline counterfeits, fostering cooperation between IP owners and government officials, and implementing product authentication strategies.

Representing our clients, including a leading international consumer goods manufacturer, an eyewear and lens producer, and a top sportswear brand, we emphasized the importance of our collective efforts in addressing this issue.
