The Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan has obtained several patents for the horse breed - Adai, thus presenting it as a new national brand. This information was reported by the official representative of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan Talgat Uali.

On 28th December 2023, the RSE "National Institute of Intellectual Property" of the Ministry of Justice decided to grant 6 patents for breeding achievements and registered them in the State Register of Breeding Achievements based on the conclusion of the State Commission for Breed Approbation.

3 of these patents were granted for riding horse lines, 2 for intra-breed types of horse and 1 for the horse breed "Adai". These patents are registered as breeding achievements of the Republic of Kazakhstan and certify the exclusive right to use them by the patentee, his priority and the breeder's copyright.

It is important to note that this work was carried out on the instructions of the Head of State Kasym-Jomart Kemelevich Tokayev, after his visit to the Mangistau region. Registration of new breeds of Aydai horse as patents will undoubtedly contribute to the development of the national brand of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
