S&O Vietnam Supports Hanoi Authorities in Seizing Over 2,000 Counterfeit Handbags in Major IP Enforcement Action

At the end of May 2025, S&O Vietnam, in close coordination with the Market Surveillance Sub-Department (MSD) of Hanoi City, assisted in a targeted enforcement action against a business found distributing counterfeit luxury handbags.
The establishment, located in an area with a high concentration of foreign residents, was found to be selling counterfeit products bearing the trademarks of several internationally renowned brands registered in Vietnam. Authorities seized over 2,000 counterfeit handbags, with a total estimated value exceeding 4.5 billion VND (approx. 150,000 EUR), underscoring the large scale and commercial seriousness of the violation.
