We are pleased to welcome Nurkeldi TEMIRKHAN, who has joined the S&O EURASIA team as a Senior Associate in our Almaty office.
Nurkeldi brings extensive experience in IP law, including litigation, pre-trial dispute resolution, and legal consulting. He is a certified mediator and authorized legal representative in national courts. His background includes senior roles in Kazakhstan’s Ministry of Justice and QAZPATENT (Kazakhstan IP Office), where he contributed to IP legislation and international cooperation.
Nurkeldi has also served as a lecturer, providing training to judges and law enforcement on intellectual property protection and enforcement strategies.
