S&O IP THAILAND PARTICIPATES IN RAID AGAINST COUNTERFEIT GOODS IN BANGKOK

On November 11, 2025, S&O IP Thailand, in cooperation with the Department of Special Investigation (DSI), carried out raids at six (6) locations in Bang Na and Prawet Districts, Bangkok.
The operation was conducted under search warrants issued by the Central Intellectual Property and International Trade Court (IP&IT Court) and led to the seizure of approximately 30,000 counterfeit goods, with an estimated value of THB 10 million (approx. EUR 266,000).
S&O IP remains committed to combating counterfeit goods and will continue working closely with the DSI and other enforcement authorities in Thailand, with the aim of protecting our clients’ IP rights.
