In June 2025, S&O IP China, in cooperation with local enforcement authorities in Hebei Province, Liaoning Province, and Zhejiang Province, successfully conducted three criminal raids.
These coordinated enforcement actions resulted in the seizure of a total of 8,331 counterfeit luxury accessories infringing on our client’s trademarks. This operation underscores the ongoing challenges posed by counterfeit goods in China and reinforces the importance of IP protection and law enforcement cooperation.
