In September 2025, S&O IP China, in cooperation with the Rui’an Municipal Administration for Market Regulation (AMR), carried out a successful enforcement action targeting a counterfeit fragrance factory in Zhejiang Province.
The operation resulted in the seizure of 2,250 bottles of counterfeit perfume, disrupting an illegal supply channel in one of China’s key manufacturing regions. This action underscores the ongoing efforts to combat counterfeit operations in the luxury goods sector and highlights the continued risks faced by industries vulnerable to intellectual property infringement.
