The National Center for Intellectual Property in Belarus (NCIP) has launched the AIS Register of Industrial Property Rights Objects, an automated information system designed to offer free and easy access to intellectual property data in Belarus. This platform allows users to search for information on inventions, utility models, industrial designs, plant varieties, trademarks, and geographical indications from official state registers.
The system supports automated searches within the NCIP databases and provides information in the form of an electronically signed document that can be downloaded. Additionally, it facilitates system-to-system data retrieval through a nationwide automated information system. Built for user accessibility, the AIS Register can be accessed via any browser, and its mobile version ensures that legally relevant IP information is always available, anytime and anywhere.
