S&O IP Cambodia Invited to Participate in the Destruction Ceremony of Unclaimed, Defective, and IP-Infringing Goods

S&O IP Cambodia is honored to be invited by the General Department of Customs and Excise to participate in the “Destruction Ceremony of Unclaimed Goods, Defective Goods, and IP-Infringing Goods” on Friday, February 28, 2025, in Kampot Province. This event is a significant step in upholding intellectual property rights and ensuring consumer safety. We are grateful for the opportunity to be part of this important collaboration alongside the Customs Department, the Consumer Protection, Competition, and Fraud Repression Directorate-General (CCF), the Ministry of Environment, and Chip Mong Insee Cement (CMIC) Company (Department of Eco-Cycle), as they work to destroy approximately 580 tons of goods.

The event will be attended by His Excellency Dr. Kun Nhem, Minister attached to the Prime Minister and Head of the General Department of Customs and Excise of Cambodia, as well as His Excellency Mao Thunin, Governor of Kampot Province.
