On January 18, 2024, China's National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA) released the "Development Report on Building a Powerful Country on Intellectual Property Rights (2023)." The report highlights significant achievements, including:
• A notable increase in high-value invention patents, with figures reaching an impressive 9.4 per 10,000 people at the end of 2022. China aims to reach an ambitious target of 12.0 by 2025.

China excels in IP financing, particularly IP pledge financing, reaching 486.88 billion yuan, showcasing its innovative approach to leveraging intellectual assets for economic benefits.
