Sila joined the S&O team in 2024, bringing with him over seven years of focused experience in trademark law. Prior to joining the firm, he worked at one of Thailand’s leading law firms, where he advised a wide range of domestic and international clients on trademark prosecution, brand protection strategies, and enforcement actions across various industries.

His experience covers all aspects of trademark work, including availability searches, filing and prosecution of applications, office action responses, oppositions, cancellations, and enforcement proceedings. He has also assisted in coordinating cross-border enforcement campaigns and managing regional trademark portfolios.

To further strengthen his professional capabilities, Sila completed the advanced intellectual property law training program organized by the Lawyers Council of Thailand. He is a licensed attorney-at-law and a registered notarial services lawyer, enabling him to provide clients with comprehensive legal support that meets both local regulatory requirements and international standards.
